Directions for use
【Boil it out and make】 (1) Put the tea bag in boiling water and bring to a boil over low heat. (About 5 minutes, 1 liter) *Please do not leave the area as it may spill over. (2) Turn off the heat, remove the tea bag, and drink hot or iced as desired.

Rooibos, a plant of great rarity and value
Rooibos, which is drunk all over the world, is grown only in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa, at the southern tip of the African continent.
The Cederberg area has harsh climatic conditions, with average summer (October to March) temperatures over 40°C and little rainfall. It is a difficult plant to cultivate, and although attempts have been made to cultivate it in other areas, there have been no successes.
It is also a very rare and valuable plant, accounting for less than 1%* of the world's tea production.

Origin of Rooibos
Rooibos (ROOIBOS) is an Afrikaans word, "ROOI" meaning "red" and "BOS" meaning "bush”.
It is said that the origin of rooibos tea is that the local people drank a rooibos infusion made from fermented fallen leaves.

Q : The tracking code i was given is not working. A : Tracking number and shipment notification are sent once your package is ready for shipping. Anyways, it might take 24 hours for the Japan Post to scan your package and let the online tracking start. If your tracking was still not active after two days, please contact so that we can look into the issue.
Q : My package is late! A : If you still have not received your package once the theoretical delivery date is reached (please consider the handling + shipping duration), send us an email at "Contact Us" form. We will then be able to request an official investigation to the international carrier. Please refrain from making an unjustified Paypal dispute in such situation, as this may harm our ability to solve the problem.

Q : My package is blocked at the custom office! A : Your country custom office or postal service should get in touch with you very soon to explain the procedure on how to clear your package. Ninoma can not be held responsible if your package returned if its custom clearance failed.
Q : Is my order going to be subject to import duties? A : Your country probably has import and export conventions with Japan. Under those conventions, you might have to pay import duties prior to get your package delivered. Please note that Ninoma can not quote this amount, which is solely the customer responsibility.

Q : What should I know regarding allergies? A : If you have common food allergies (peanuts, milk...), remember to check the nature of the ingredients. Do not hesitate to contact us in case of doubt. Terms of Delivery

Delivery Problems due to Transportation
