"Kaiju No. 8" sequel confirmed
The 12th episode of "Kaiju No. 8", "Hibino Kafka", was broadcast on June 29th, marking the final episode of the first season of the anime. In the video announcing the production of the sequel, you can hear Narumi's voice saying, "First unit, dispatch. We'll kick them all away." Uchiyama also commented on his role as Narumi, "I realized that Narumi is an interesting character with many different elements, so I kept that charm in mind when recording."
