New "NARUTO" Animation to be Broadcast from September 3
A new animation commemorating the 20th anniversary of the broadcast of the anime "Naruto," written by Masashi Kishimoto, will be broadcast for four consecutive weeks starting September 3. In addition to the teaser visual, it was revealed that both the opening theme song and ending theme song will be sung by FLOW.
The teaser visual depicts Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, and Kakashi in the "Boy Arc. The opening theme song is the 20th anniversary version of "GO! The ending theme song will be a cover of ORANGE RANGE's "Viva★Rock". We have collaborated with "NARUTO" at every milestone of our band activities since then, and "NARUTO" is a comrade-in-arms for us.
Naruto" was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from 1999 to 2014, and the anime "Naruto" began airing on TV Tokyo in 2002, and will celebrate its 20th anniversary in October 2022.
