The Irregular at Magic High School new series

The original novel of "The Irregular at Magic High School" has sold a total of 14 million copies, and the series has sold a total of 25 million copies. Set in a world where magic has been established as a technology, the story depicts the tumultuous days of Tatsuya Shibanami, an older brother who is a weed student with certain defects, and his younger sister Miyayuki Shibanami, an honor student (bloom) who is flawless in every way, who attend a so-called "magic high school. The anime, starring Yuichi Nakamura as Tatsuya and Saori Hayami as Miyuki, began in 2014, and the TV anime "The Irregular at Magic High School: The Reminiscences" was broadcast on January 1, 2022.
Information about the new series was announced at the "Dengeki Bunko 30th Anniversary Summer Festival Online 2023," which was broadcast exclusively on ABEMA on July 15. A teaser PV was unveiled, and new visuals drawn by Kana Ishida, who handles the original illustrations and character design, as well as information on the main staff were also revealed. Comments from Sashima, the author of the original story, and Jimmy Stone, the director of the anime, have also been received.

The new series of the TV anime "The Irregular at Magic High School" will be broadcast in 2024. From the new series, Tatsuya Shibanami and Miyuki Shibanami will finally become second-year students, and Mizunami Sakurai, played by Kiyono Yasuno, who appeared in "The Visitor Arc," will also join the story in earnest.
