Thank you for your continued support of NINOMA.
Due to our ongoing warehouse relocation, we suspended our shipping operations from around August 11 until late August.
In addition, since around July 2026, Japan Post has resumed shipping services to the United States. As a result, orders that had been on hold for approximately one year can now be shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This has led to a significant increase in shipping requests.
As a result, there are currently significant delays in the shipment of orders.
We have increased the number of staff working at our warehouse and are currently processing shipments. However, we are handling orders sequentially based on the order in which they were placed.
Therefore, we are unable to provide a specific estimated shipping date at this time.
We will proceed with shipments as soon as each order is ready. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask you to wait a little longer until your order has been shipped.
Please also note that due to the circumstances described above, our Customer Support team is unable to provide specific information regarding the shipping schedule, even if you contact us to inquire about the expected shipping date.
We sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting for such a long time.
Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
