・Each Happy Bag is guaranteed to contain items with a total value exceeding the purchase price; however, even if multiple bags are purchased, the contents and number of items may vary and are not guaranteed to be identical.
・The same or similar items may be included multiple times within a single bag.
・Sizes, colors, and designs are randomly selected, and items may duplicate products you already own.
・Due to the nature of Happy Bags, we cannot respond to inquiries regarding specific contents or item details.
・This is a limited-quantity product and will be discontinued once stock is sold out.
・In the event of defective items only, we will respond in accordance with our company policy; changes to contents are not possible.

【Shipping Delays】
Happy Bags are pre-order items.Even if orders are placed within the year, shipments will begin sequentially from mid to late January.While we are making every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery may take longer than usual.

Responses to customer inquiries may take longer than usual.
Please note that our store will be closed from December 29, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

Orders shipped to countries or regions that are not supported by delivery carriers such as Japan Post or FedEx—including areas affected by ongoing conflicts—may be canceled at our discretion, as we cannot ensure safe and reliable delivery.
