: Get 1 point per 100 yen on NINOMA purchases. (*1)

Tiers: Your annual spending places you into 4 membership tiers. Higher tiers unlock exclusive benefits like boosted point rates and secret VIP sales.

Spend: Use your points on NINOMA starting from 1 point.

02 Membership Tier Guide

At NINOMA, your membership tier is determined by your total spending over the past 12 months. As you move up through our four tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—you will earn higher base point rewards and unlock exclusive member benefits.

BRONZE (Annual Spending: Up to 30,000 JPY)

Where can I check my point accumulation status?

You can check your current tier level and points balance at any time by clicking the purple "Redeem points" pop-up in the bottom right corner of the page.
*Please note that due to system specifications, point transaction history is currently unavailable.

Please be aware that points are not added at the time of order confirmation, but approximately 7 days after your items have been shipped. Therefore, even if your total purchase amount meets the upgrade requirements, your new tier and points may not reflect until the shipping process is complete. Thank you for your understanding.

Using Points for Your Purchase

Points can be used starting from 1 point, with 1 point = 1 yen.To use your points, please enter the amount you wish to redeem in the designated field located at the top right of the Cart Page.

・Please note: You will not be able to select or apply points on the Checkout Page.
Important: Points cannot be applied or modified after your order has been confirmed.
 Please make sure your points are correctly applied before completing your checkout.

Point Expiration Date

Points earned are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You can check your latest point expiration date at any time via the purple "Redeem points" pop-up in the bottom right corner of the page.
*Please note that due to system specifications, point transaction history (earned and used) is currently unavailable.

Our point system adopts an activity-based expiration policy. The 6-month validity period applies to your entire points balance and is based on your "last activity" (such as earning points through a new purchase). Each time you earn new points, the expiration date for all existing points will be updated and extended for an additional 6 months.

Please note that no notifications will be sent before your points expire. We kindly ask you to make sure to use your points before they become invalid.

Point Refund Policy for Order Cancellations

If an order placed using points is canceled due to an item being out of stock or unavailable, the points you used will be refunded to your account.

Upon refund, these points will be re-credited with a new 6-month validity period from the date of the refund, regardless of their original expiration date. Your points will not expire due to the original deadline passing, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Point & Tier Reflection Timing

Please note that points and membership tiers are processed and updated at different times.

・Point Accumulation (Post-Shipment)
Points will be credited to your account within approximately 7 business days after your items have been shipped.
*For pre-order items or products with longer delivery times, points will take longer to reflect since they are processed after shipping.

・Membership Tier Updates (1st of Every Month)
Your membership tier is automatically evaluated and updated (upgraded or downgraded) on the 1st of every month, based on your cumulative spending over the past 12 months.

⚠️ Important Notices:
Tier Calculation Starts at "Order Confirmation": While points are awarded post-shipment, your purchases are counted toward your tier evaluation amount as soon as the order status is "Paid / Confirmed," even before shipping. Therefore, pre-order items will be included in the tier assessment on the 1st of the following month.

・Eligible Spending Amount: The cumulative spending used for tier calculation is based on the total tax-included amount, excluding shipping fees.

・Point Calculation: NINOMA Points are issued based on your membership tier and purchase amount at the time the order is placed.

When and how is my membership tier determined?

Your membership tier is automatically evaluated and updated by our system early in the morning on the 1st of every month.

The calculation is based on your cumulative spending (total amount including tax, excluding shipping) for orders marked as "Paid/Confirmed" over a 12-month period starting from the program launch (April 1, 2026).

While you have a chance to upgrade every month, your tier will also drop (downgrade) if your total spending falls below the required threshold.

💡 Specific Examples (Assuming the April 1, 2026 launch):【Example 1】If you shop a lot in April (Fast Upgrade)
You place orders totaling 55,000 JPY (tax incl.) between April 1st and April 30th. Since you have passed the 50,000 JPY threshold, you will automatically be promoted to the "Gold Tier" early in the morning on May 1st!

【Example 2】If you purchase a pre-order item (Counted before shipping)
In April, you place and pay for a pre-order item worth 35,000 JPY (tax incl.) that is scheduled to ship in autumn. Even though the item has not shipped yet, it counts toward your spending immediately because the order is confirmed. Therefore, you will upgrade to the "Silver Tier" (30,000 JPY threshold) on May 1st.

【Example 3】How Tier Retention and Downgrades work (Rolling 12-Month Window)
Let's say you are currently a "Platinum Tier" member (requires 200,000 JPY+ annually). On the 1st of every month, the system looks back at your total spending over the exact past 12 months. If your 12-month rolling total drops below 200,000 JPY, you will be downgraded to the "Gold Tier" on the 1st of the following month. (To maintain your current tier, your past 12 months of spending must always meet that tier's entry requirement.)

*Please note that the membership program applies strictly to orders placed on or after April 1, 2026. Purchases made before this date are not eligible for tier calculations.

Why haven't I received my points?

Points are credited to your account approximately 7 business days after your items have been shipped, based on your membership tier and eligible purchase amount.

The eligible purchase amount refers to the final product subtotal after any point discounts have been applied.
Consumption tax, shipping fees, and other handling charges are not included in the eligible amount for point rewards.

Please note that if you pay for the entire order using points, your final checkout amount will be 0 JPY, and no points will be awarded for that purchase.

Will points be awarded for guest checkouts or non-registered users?

Yes, even if you are not a registered member, points will be earned and linked to the customer information provided at the time of your order.

However, you cannot use or redeem your accumulated points as long as you remain a non-registered user.

To use your points, you will need to create a new membership account using the exact same email address you used for your past purchases.

I placed an order before the point program started. Can I still receive points for it?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but orders placed before the official launch date (April 1, 2026) are not eligible for point accumulation.

Point awards and membership tier calculations apply strictly to orders confirmed (paid) on or after April 1, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I use points and coupons together?

No, points and coupons cannot be used together.
For each order, you can only choose one or the other—either apply a coupon code or use your points. Please note that if you choose to use a coupon, points cannot be applied even if you enter an amount in the point input field.

Can I combine points or order histories from multiple accounts?

No. If you hold two or more different accounts, you cannot combine or transfer points and cumulative spending totals (which determine your membership tier) into a single account. Furthermore, our system cannot retroactively link order data from a "Guest Checkout (non-registered purchase)" to your registered membership account. Please always ensure you are logged in before enjoying your shopping.

⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Duplicate Registrations:
If a single user creates and utilizes a second account for the purpose of illicitly obtaining new member registration benefits (such as the 500-yen worth of points), the system may detect this as "fraudulent point acquisition." Please be fully aware that if any activity is deemed fraudulent, it may result in the forced cancellation of your orders and the total forfeiture of all your points.

I am registered as a BtoB (corporate/business) customer. Am I eligible for the point program?

Yes, you are eligible, but there are certain restrictions on some products and cart specifications.

・Regarding "Blue Price (Wholesale Price)" Items:
Products with the BtoB-exclusive Blue Price applied are not eligible for point accumulation or point usage.

・Regarding Non-Blue Price Items:
For regular-priced items, you can earn and use points just like standard customers.

⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Checkout:
Due to system limitations, if you are placing an order using points, you cannot check out Blue Price items and regular-priced items in the same cart (simultaneous checkout) at the same time. We kindly ask that you separate your items and place your orders and payments individually.

NINOMA Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  • Program Start Date: This program applies strictly to orders placed on or after April 1, 2026. Orders placed before this date are not eligible for point accumulation or tier calculations retroactively.
  • Point Reflection Timing: Points are credited within approximately 7 business days after your items have been shipped, based on your tier and purchase amount, rather than at order confirmation. For pre-order items, points will take longer to reflect since they are processed post-shipment.
  • Point Calculation: Points are calculated based on the final checkout amount after point discounts have been applied, including consumption tax, shipping, and handling fees. If the final checkout amount is 0 JPY due to full point payment, no points will be awarded.
  • [Important] Regarding Declared Customs Value (Invoice) When Using Points
    Customs authorities generally recognize the use of points not as a "product discount," but rather as a "method of payment" (similar to cash or credit cards).

    Therefore, even if your final payment amount is reduced (or becomes 0) by using points, the product value declared to customs (the amount listed on the invoice) must be the "original (regular) product price" before the points were applied.

    【Specific Example】
    ・Product Price: 10,000 yen
    ・Points Used: 9,000 points
    ・Final Payment (Amount Charged): 1,000 yen
    ・Result: In this case, while your charged amount is 1,000 yen, the declared value to customs (which is also the amount eligible for shipping insurance/compensation) will be 10,000 yen.
  • Tier Evaluation & Renewal: Membership tiers are automatically updated (upgraded or downgraded) early in the morning on the 1st of every month, based on your cumulative "Paid/Confirmed" history over the past 12 months (total amount including tax, excluding shipping).
  • Exclusions: Shipping fees are completely excluded from point accumulation and tier calculations. Additionally, BtoB items with "Blue Prices (Wholesale Prices)" applied are not eligible for earning or using points.
  • Cart Specifications: Due to system limitations, if you are placing an order using points, you cannot check out Blue Price items and regular-priced items in the same cart simultaneously. Please place these orders separately.
  • Point Expiration: Earned points are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited. No prior reminder notifications will be sent before expiration. Please ensure you redeem them within the validity period.
  • Canceled Orders: If an order placed using points is canceled by the customer or due to our inventory status, the used points will be refunded. Refunded points will be re-issued with a new 6-month validity period from the refund date, regardless of their original expiration deadline.
  • No Combinations with Coupons: Point usage cannot be combined with any other campaign or sale coupons during a single checkout.
  • Fraudulent Activity & Duplicate Accounts: If we detect multiple account creation by a single user or any illicit accumulation/duplication of points (including double-claiming welcome bonuses), we reserve the right to cancel related orders. Furthermore, all points in associated accounts will be completely forfeited without prior notice.
  • Exclusions (Non-Eligible Items & Fees):Shipping fees, handling charges, and consumption tax are completely excluded from point accumulation and membership tier calculations (cumulative spending). Furthermore, certain items may also be excluded from earning or using points at our sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
