Japan Post’s Small Packet Air (Registered / with tracking) service will be discontinued as of December 31.
As a replacement, a new service called International ePacket Light will be introduced.
International ePacket Light is a tracked shipping service and is available at the same rate as Small Packet Air.
Please note that for new orders placed on or after December 26, Small Packet Air is no longer available as a selectable shipping method.For customers who have already selected Small Packet Air and whose shipment date is January 1 or later, the shipping method will be automatically changed to International ePacket Light at no additional cost.
However, please be aware that International ePacket Light does not include compensation in the event of loss or damage during transit.
