Delays in Pre-Order Releases

The release date of hobby products may be delayed by several months.

Packaging

Orders are shipped in dedicated shipping boxes or air-cushioned envelopes.
For large items that come in manufacturer-supplied shipping boxes, we may either attach the shipping label directly or wrap the box with protective film before shipping.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer directly using the support details provided on the product packaging.

This is because some issues, such as slight variations in paint on figure products, may be considered within acceptable manufacturing standards rather than defects.
Additionally, many hobby products are produced in limited quantities, and we often do not have replacement stock available.
Going through the manufacturer directly may result in a faster resolution.

First-Release Editions

Some products are produced as first-release editions, but details are often unclear or limited in quantity.
If a product does not specify "first-release" in the title, it will be provided on a first-come, first-served or lottery basis.
Even if the product image shows a first-release edition, the regular edition may be shipped instead, or vice versa.

Pre-Order & Limited Edition Bonuses

Some products come with pre-order or first-release bonuses, but details and availability are often uncertain.
If a product title or description does not mention a bonus, it may be provided on a first-come, first-served or lottery basis.
We cannot guarantee that all pre-orders will include these bonuses.

Shipping & Customs

• All orders are charged in Japanese Yen (JPY), regardless of the displayed currency.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
• Shipping fees may change due to adjustments in package weight upon product release.
• Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Regarding Candy Toys (Shokugan)

The Candy Toys/Shokugan products sold in our store are treated as collectibles rather than food items.
The included confectionery is intended as a small bonus.
As a result, there is a possibility that the expiration date has passed.

We do not recommend consuming it, and we cannot be held responsible for any health issues that may arise from consumption.

PRICE

Q: Why do product prices fluctuate?

A: Our automated pricing system continuously updates based on market prices in Japan, which may cause price fluctuations. Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments or refunds for price reductions.

Q: What charges will I be billed for?

A: Generally, we only charge for the product price and shipping fees.

However, you may need to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import fees depending on your country’s import policies. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them.

Additionally, depending on your bank or credit card provider, you may be charged a different amount due to currency exchange rates or transaction fees, which may result in a difference from the amount displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We aim to ship orders within one week. However, processing times may vary due to holidays or other factors.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped only when all items become available.

Q: Will my package have a tracking number?

A: Yes! All our shipping options include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.

Q: How can I track my package?

Please note that, due to the nature of international shipping, tracking updates may take varying amounts of time to appear.

Q: Will my package be packed securely?

A: Yes! We carefully wrap items in bubble wrap or use paper cushioning to prevent damage during transit.

However, since shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, excessive packaging may increase shipping costs. We strive to provide adequate but efficient packaging.

Despite our careful packing, there is still a possibility of damage due to handling during transit.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

A: Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

Q: What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?

A: If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, only the price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges, will be refunded.
