TV anime Blue Exorcist
A new TV anime series of "Blue Exorcist", "Blue Exorcist Shimane Keimei Society Edition", will be broadcast from January 2024. The opening theme has been decided to be "Eye's Sentry" by UVERworld.
"Blue Exorcist" is a dark fantasy based on the manga by Kazue Kato, which is serialized in "Jump Square" and has a total circulation of over 25 million copies. The story depicts the protagonist Rin Okumura, who has the blood of a demon (Satan), resisting his harsh fate and aims to become an "exorcist" who exorcises demons with his twin brother Yukio and his friends.
The anime project began in 2011 with the TV series "Blue Exorcist." The story of the original work is interwoven with original anime elements, and in 2012, the sequel ``Blue Exorcist: The Movie'' was released. Furthermore, in 2017, the second TV series, ``Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Impure King'', was broadcast, and volumes 5 to 9 of the original work, ``Kyoto Impure King'', were made into an anime.
In the new TV series ``Blue Exorcist: Shimane Keimei Society Arc,'' the episode following ``Kyoto Impure King Arc'' will be made into an anime. This is a turbulent new chapter that depicts the fierce truth revealed by the appearance of the mysterious organization "Illuminati", strong bonds, and betrayal.
Speaking of UVERworld, starting with the TV anime "Blue Exorcist" broadcast in 2011, "Blue Exorcist the Movie" released in 2012, and the TV anime "Blue Exorcist Kyoto Impure King" broadcast in 2017. This is a 6-member band from Shiga Prefecture who has created the opening theme songs for all of the anime series. This is the fourth time we have teamed up with the anime ``Aoekku''.
