"My Hero Academia" ends

The manga "My Hero Academia" will conclude with the combined 36th and 37th issues of "Weekly Shonen Jump" to be released on August 5, 2024. Every week on social media, the phrase "○ more chapters" trended, and the latest issue released on July 29th showed that there was only "one more chapter" left, and the official X (formerly Twitter) was also showing signs of movement towards the final episode of the original, and the excitement was incredible.

"HeroAca", or "My Hero Academia", is a hero action based on the manga currently being serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" by Kohei Horikoshi, whose comic series has sold over 85 million copies worldwide. The original manga celebrated its 10th anniversary of serialization in July 2024.

Set in a world where the existence of people with supernatural abilities called "Quirks" is commonplace, the story follows the protagonist, Izuku Midoriya, also known as "Deku," as he grows with his friends at U.A. High School, a prestigious school for training heroes, in order to become a "hero" who protects society and stands up to criminals who abuse their "Quirks," known as "villains."

This week, with the climax on the cover and in color, the phrase "just one more episode" was trending, with readers expressing their sadness, saying things like "It really can't end with just one more episode," "This week was good too, but only one more episode...," and "I can't stop crying. Please tell me it's not a lie."
