Thermae Romae new series
The intensive serialization of "Zoku Thermae Romae'', the sequel to Mari Yamazaki's "Thermae Romae'', started on February 6th on Shonen Jump+.
"Thermae Romae" is a comedy that depicts Lucius, a bathhouse designer, traveling back and forth between ancient Rome and modern Japan. It was serialized in Comic Beam (KADOKAWA) from 2008 to 2013, and won numerous manga awards, including the Grand Prize of the Manga Awards 2010 and the Short Story Award of the 14th Osamu Tezuka Cultural Award. It is also being developed into media such as a live-action film and an anime.
