Anime Japan 2025
It has been announced that the world's largest anime event, "AnimeJapan 2025," will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on March 22 and 23, 2025 as public days and March 24 and 25 as business days. The call for exhibitors, which began with the announcement, will continue until November 15, 2024.
At "AnimeJapan 2024" held in March this year, about 130,000 people visited the public day, showing the momentum of anime for two days. In addition, one in ten visitors was from overseas, and it ended fittingly as one of the world's largest anime events.
The venue featured exhibition booths by a total of 110 exhibitors, the largest number ever, and the AJ Stage, which held a total of 44 programs. Many developments were carried out, including the Production Works Gallery, which was revived for the first time in five years, the Family Anime Festa, the annual Cosplayers' World, and the new Creation Stage.
AnimeJapan 2025 will be the 12th event since its launch in 2014, and will be held on a larger scale than ever before, using the East Exhibition Halls 1-8 and the Conference Tower of Tokyo Big Sight, following the previous event which recorded over 130,000 visitors.
Public days for general visitors to enjoy the exhibition booths and stage will be held on March 22nd and 23rd, and business days for business purposes will be held on March 24th and 25th.
